Relax, unwind, and enjoy Lake Life at our classic Lake Erie summer home. This historic Geneva-on-the-Lake house with lake views was built in 1948, has tons of vintage charm, but is freshly remodeled and fully appointed to make your stay at the lake truly special.
Our beautifully maintained three bedroom house sleeps 10 and is the perfect spot for a ladies' weekend, Bachelorette party, trip with friends, a couples retreat or family getaway to the lake.
Enjoy sunny afternoons on our breezy glassed/ screened porch and watch the sun set over the lake from the porch, the house, or our outdoor seating area!
On the first floor, you will find a large living room with lake views, ample seating, flat screen TV for streaming, and a game cabinet filled with board games . There is a single pull out bed as well as a queen sized pull out sofa.
The lake view dining room has a table that seats 6, and there is additional dining space for 4 on the front porch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cookware, dishes and cutlery. It is stocked with glassware and barware, and even melamine dishes for outdoor use. There is an antique farmers sink and gas stove, as well as a dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.
The second floor houses three spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with a tub and shower. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest room has a full bed. The third bedroom, a traditional lake house bunk room, has three twin beds, one of which is a trundle. All linens are provided.
The house is equipped with four portable, in room air AC units, as well as large fans in each room.
Outside you will find outdoor furniture for relaxing, a picnic table and charcoal grill, and a fire pit.
Please note that you will have several steps up into the house and that the only bathroom is up an additional flight of stairs to the second floor.
We ask that you limit yourself to as few vehicles as possible when staying with us, as parking on the property is limited. You will have space for a maximum of three vehicles when staying at the cottage, which will be parked in a single file line. Additional parking is available nearby on the Strip. The House driveway shares parking with Cottage # 4.
